Jupiter Crystal Power, Make Up was the phrase used by Makoto Kino to transform into Super Sailor Jupiter.

Anime[edit]

In the anime, this transformation was very similar to Sailor Jupiter's previous one with very few differences, the main one being that a wreath appeared behind her at the end of the transformation. In this transformation, Makoto would first hold up the Crystal Change Rod. She then began to spin around as streams of electricty emitted from the Rod, then held still as the electrical energy formed into a series of rings around her. The rings spun around and, in a flash of light, her entire sailor fuku appeared. Super Sailor Jupiter then turned around and assumed her finishing pose.

Sailor Moon Crystal[edit]

Jupiter Crystal Power, Make Up in Sailor Moon Eternal

In the Sailor Moon Eternal version of this transformation, Makoto held up her hand and a stream of green stars swirled around it, alighting on her fingernails and turning them green as she shouted "Jupiter Crystal Power, Make Up." She then held her right hand over her head and began to spin around as streams of electricity emitted from it, then held still and drew her arms and legs towards herself as the electrical energy formed into a series of rings around her. The rings spun around and, in a flash of light, her entire costume appeared, as she extended her arms and legs. Super Sailor Jupiter appeared in full sailor fuku and turned around, the Jupiter symbol glowing on her forehead before being hidden as her tiara appeared. Super Sailor Jupiter then spun on one foot and assumed her finishing pose.

In the Sailor Moon Cosmos version, she transformed into Eternal Sailor Jupiter.
