Jupiter Star Power, Make Up was the second transformation phrase that Makoto Kino used to transform into Sailor Jupiter.

Anime[edit]
This transformation was very similar to Sailor Jupiter's previous one with very few differences, the main one being that the Jupiter symbol appeared behind her at the end of the transformation. In this transformation, Makoto held up her hand and a stream of green stars swirled around it, alighting on her fingernails and turning them green. Her Star Power Stick appeared, spinning, and as she took hold of it the Jupiter symbol inside the star began to spin. She then began to spin around as streams of electricity emitted from the Stick, then held still as the electrical energy formed into a series of rings around her. The rings spun around and, in a flash of light, her entire sailor fuku appeared. Sailor Jupiter then turned around and assumed her finishing pose.
Sailor Moon Crystal[edit]
In the Sailor Moon Crystal version of this transformation that first appeared in Act 15, Makoto held up her Star Power Stick and turned her hand as green stars streamed into the star on top of the Stick, making the star glow in green light and the Jupiter symbol appear inside. She let go of the Stick and stars flashed on her fingernails, turning them green. Green light radiated from the star on top of the Stick before Makoto took hold of it again. She then held her pen over her head, where it was struck by a bolt of lightning that flowed through it and crackled around her. She spun in the midst of the electricity, then straightened and held her pen up high as the electrical energy formed into a series of rings rotating around her. Pink lightning flashed, then the crackling energy contracted around her before she extended her arms, sending the energy flying outwards, and her entire costume appeared. Sailor Jupiter appeared in full sailor fuku and turned around as small flashes of lighting arced across her skirt, her planetary symbol glowing on her forehead before being hidden as her tiara appeared. Sailor Jupiter then turned around and assumed her finishing pose.

- In the anime, this was Sailor Jupiter's last transformation into her original sailor fuku.
