Deep Submerge was the first attack used by Sailor Neptune.

In the anime and video games, she would lift her arms above her head and bring them down, sending a ball of blue energy shaped like the planet Neptune towards her enemies.

It was possible that water was also a component of this attack, as Eudial's Daimon Chokokkar and her animated sand statues were melted by this attack in episode 107 of the anime.

In Sailor Moon Crystal, the attack first appeared in Act 29, when Sailor Neptune used it to prevent Mimete's attack from striking Sailor Chibi Moon. However, it would not receive a fully animated attack sequence until the second part of Sailor Moon Eternal, when Super Sailor Neptune used it to destroy a boulder PallaPalla dropped on the Senshi.
