- Throughout the episode, there are a lot of shots of fish. This is a pun, since the Japanese word used for "love" in this episode is pronounced the same way as the word for "carp".
- When Chibiusa appeared in her princess form at the beginning of the episode, the crescent moon symbol was missing from her forehead.
