Seiko Takuma
Seiko Takuma (たくませいこ) is an actress who played Death Pi and Koan in the Sailor Moon musicals. Her first musical was Shin / Henshin - Super Senshi e no Michi - Last Dracul Jokyoku and her last musical was Tanjou! Ankoku no Princess Black Lady.
