Falion was a Cardian who harmed Makoto's friend Shinozaki.
Falion's main means of performing various maneuvers were by using a generated spinning wheel. She could send forth damaging breath, steal people's energy, or disappear utilizing the wheel. By glaring at Sailor Mars' ofuda, she could easily avoid her Akuryo Taisan.
She was defeated by the Supreme Thunder attack.
