Deep Submerge was the first attack used by Sailor Neptune.

In the anime and video games, she would lift her arms above her head and bring them down, sending a ball of blue energy shaped like the planet Neptune towards her enemies.

It was possible that water was also a component of this attack, as Eudial's Daimon Chokokkar and her animated sand statues were melted by this attack in episode 107 of the anime.
