Sayuri Katayama (片山沙有里; now written as "片山さゆり"; real name "片山小百合"), also known as SAYURI (サユリ), born July 3, 1979, in Imari, Saga, Japan, is the first actress to play Kou Seiya/Sailor Star Fighter in the Sailor Moon musicals. Her first show was Sailor Moon Sailor Stars, and her last show was Eien Densetsu (Kaiteiban) - The Final First Stage in 1998. Sayuri was the longest-running Sailor Star Fighter actress.

After performing in the musicals, Sayuri released a single, PARADISE is OVER, and a mini-album titled CHAOS, both in 2004; they were featured as the theme songs for the tactical RPG Generation of Chaos IV. Since then, Sayuri has written lyrics for several songs by Nana Mizuki, including "Nostalgia" (from the album Great Activity) and "Mr. Bunny" (from the album Ultimate Diamond).
