Emi Shinohara (篠原恵美), born Emiko Shinohara (篠原恵美子), now known as Emiko Watanabe (渡辺恵美子), born August 8, 1963, in Fukushima, Japan, is a voice actress who played Makoto Kino/Sailor Jupiter in the Sailor Moon anime, along with some minor roles. Some of her other anime roles include B-ko in Project A-ko, Youko Mizuno in Maria-sama ga Miteru, Presea in Magic Knight Rayearth, Kaho Mizuki in Card Captor Sakura, Yu Fan Xia in Full Metal Panic! The Second Raid, and Ophelia in Claymore.
