Hi Wikimoonies!

I'm Silver_17 (actually I don't like that nickname ¬_¬) but I'm also known as PlutoCharonNix or Ki no Senshi. I'll add external link to these names someday.

Real Name: My name is Salva, is a shit of name but it's short for Salvador which is even worse. Note: "Salvador" is Spanish for Savior.

Name (Kanji/hiragana): Kanji/hiraga for Salvador is written as 救世主/きゅうせいしゅ. And is read as Kyuuseishu. 救世主 is Japanese for "Messiah" (such a weird name...). The hiragana for the Spanish word is something like this: さるばどーる (Saruubadoru) or さるば (Saruuba) for friends. You can call me さるば if you want. But, instead of "Savior" I think I'm going to change my name to "Protector" so I can call myself "Mamoru". What? It would be cool to be called Mamo-chan.

Nacionality: I'm from Murcia, Spain. But my father currently lives in Newcastle upon Tyne and I go to visit him there quite often.

Age: 18

Occupation: College student.

Hobbies: I love to travel everywhere. I've been on Britain, Greece, Japan, Dominican Republic... I also love to study the different languages from the places I visit. I have lots of hobbies but lately all I can do is College → Cram school → English → Piano; and once again College → Cram school → English → Piano... I miss my friends T_T

Sailor Moon: Sailor Moon and Dragon Ball were my very first anime. I remember that when the series was first aired in Spain and I started to watch it on TV, I liked it so much that I "created" a manga of it and give it as a present to my younger sister that was hospitalized. I was 10 years old back then and I still read "my" manga featuring the trio Senshi of Sailor Moon, Sailor Mercury, and Sailor Mars fighting Jadeite. It inspires me a lot. Other stories I drew when I was 10-12 includes the awakening of Sailor Jupiter, the first appearance of Sailor Venus, Sailor V in England fighting a Youma (who looked A LOT like Cell from Dragon Ball), the deaths of the Sailor Senshi by the DD Girls... Among others.
I think when I was a kid my favorite season was Super S because I loved circuses, but it's not my favourite season anymore (too different from the Dream arc, sorry). Thought it's been a while since I watched Sailor Moon, but my favorite seasons are Sailor Moon S and, of course, Sailor Stars (I deceived me a bit, though).

As Tuxedo Mask (I prefer "Tuxedo Kamen") biggest fan, I wish he would had been more related to the Senshi status (Naoko said he was replacing Sailor Earth). It could be cool to see him shouting something like "Tuxedo Power, Make Up" or "Golden Crystal Power, Make Up" to transform or something XD. Too bad Tuxedo La Smoking Bomber was never included in the anime, but Yuu Shirota did a great perfomance of it in the musicals...

WikiMoon: This is such a fascinating project... and it will become the best Sailor Moon site in the net! I've been an user for a while before I created this account when I decided that my level of English was enough to contribute.

I was a bit terrified when I first accessed to WikiMoon with my account... I'm used to English sites, though, but it was intimidating somehow. You know, it's not the same to read a text in a foreign language that write it youself. Kerochan no Miko, one of the WikiMoon sysops, was a bit scary at first, but she's a good person.

I think the best about WikiMoon it's all the people you can befriend here (Kero-P, 210, E.Knight, Avocadora-chan, Shino...) I suppose I like to make friends. Well, I'm a Spaniard; I'm close and friendly (it can't be helped), and I use the word "friend" a lot...

What I don't like about WikiMoon (or rather, about some WikiMoonies) are the fights started in talk pages or community portals. When I read them I want to cry "It's just Sailor Moon! Stop it already!".

Manga/Anime: I've just finished reading Codename: Sailor V, a manga that had passed unnoticed to me, because I think I was more focused on Sailor Moon at the time I read the manga. Many Sailor Moon fans don't like it, but I think it's great. Besides, I'm glad to see Minako-chan and Artemis again.
One of the very few anime I prefer in the dub instead of the original version is Shin Chan; it's hilarious in Spanish, it makes me laugh so much...
Other hilarious manga I'm reading now is Level E by Yoshihiro Togashi. God is such a funny manga... It has a bit of everything: aliens, extrasolar planets, sentai...

I drawn my own manga too. Now I'm starting with Lobo, a manga about a half-human, half-robot cannibal banished to the Earth from his homeplanet after killing most of the imperial family. Now he is a mercenary that chops his victims while listening Heavy Metal with a chip implanted on his brain. Cool, isn`t it?

(Update) Lobo is already finished, now I'm working on Lobo II, the Sorrow of the Princess. The second part is more sentimental and not so autobiographic as the first one.

Music: I like rock and classic music too. My favorites bands are R.E.M, Coldplay, El Canto del Loco, Artic Monkeys... and lots of random songs and singers (some of them are from J-pop bands, too). But lately, for some reason, most of the rock/pop songs I listen just bother me. In those circumstances I change to classic. Piano, violin, oboe. Only instrumental, no voices...

Some of the Sailor Moon songs are masterpieces too. Right now I'm obsessed with the translation of Tsukini Kawatte Oshioki yo (but I swear you'll like my translation, Kerochan!).

T.V.: The Simpsons, Skins, Aqui no hay quien viva (the best Spanish TV show ever!) ...

Trivia

  • Yay for Trivia sections!
  • I'm in love with Keiko Kitagawa.
  • Sailor Moon is the only mahō shōjo I'm a fan of. Well, I watched Card Captor Sakura once or twice because my little sister wanted a drawing of Sakura, and then I started to like the plot... so I end up watching it after all.
  • Thanks to Kerochan no Miko for giving me the idea of taking the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator test. I'm a INTP, and it really describes me perfectly.
  • Despite my (as 210 described) "holy name" I'm not the pope nor a member of a sect, or anything similar Xd.
