Pluto Crystal was the Sailor Crystal that Setsuna Meiou used to transform into Super Sailor Pluto in the manga and Sailor Moon Eternal. It was given to her by Hotaru Tomoe. It was not shown in the Stars arc of the manga, whether she also used it to transform into Eternal Sailor Pluto.
