Moon Crisis Power was a magical attack in the Sailor Moon anime. After Sailor Moon discovered that she was unable to use the Golden Crystal, Sailor Chibi Moon realized with a hint from Helios that the only way to awaken the power of the Golden Crystal was to use the power of dreams.
