Megumi Ogata (緒方恵美), also known as em:óu (エムオゥ; her stage name used as a singer), born June 6, 1965, in Tokyo, Japan, is a voice actress who played Haruka Tenou/Sailor Uranus in the Sailor Moon anime. She also played Petz in Sailor Moon R, as well as other minor roles. As a voice actress, she is famous for voicing a lot of young male characters. Some of her other anime roles include Shinji Ikari in Neon Genesis Evangelion, Kurama in Yu Yu Hakusho, Yuugi Mutou in Toei's Yu-Gi-Oh! series, Masaya Aoyama in Tokyo Mew Mew, and Yukito Tsukishiro/Yue in Card Captor Sakura.

Personal Trivia

• Megumi Ogata attended a music class with Rumi Kasahara and Shiho Niiyama when she was young, and ever since then was good friends with Shiho Niiyama.
