Mario Tomioka
Mario Tomioka (冨岡真理央), nicknamed "Mario" (まりお), now known as Mario Yogata, born December 6, 1986, in Tokyo, Japan, was the fifth actress to play Hotaru Tomoe/Sailor Saturn in the Sailor Moon musicals. Her first performance was in 2000, for the show Transylvania no Mori, and her last show was Last Dracul Saishuu Shou - Chou Wakusei Death Vulcan no Fuuin in 2001. After graduating, Mario returned as a guest for the 10th Anniversary Talk Show in 2002.
Mario was the second longest-running Sailor Saturn.
Since performing in the Myu, Mario has also performed in various other musical productions.
Personal Trivia
- She retired in 2008, but returned to work two years later.
- She is a close friend of fellow Sailor Saturn actress Ayami Kakiuchi, and they can be seen together in photos on their Instagram accounts.
- Mario is now married, and has a son who was born in December 2018.
