Kouhei Miyauchi (宮内幸平), real name Takayuki Miyauchi (宮内孝幸), nicknamed "Miya-san" (宮さん), born August 4, 1929, in Kagoshima, Japan, was a voice actor who played a minor role in the first season of the Sailor Moon anime. His other anime roles include Kame Sennin in Dragon Ball, Alm-Öhi in Alps no Shoujo Heidi, and Ang Chang in Magic Knights Rayearth.
He died in Tokyo on June 2, 1995.
