David Huband, born December 1958, in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada is the voice and live-action actor who played Serena's father in the English dub of the Sailor Moon anime. Some of his other voice acting roles include Vice Principal Zeigler in Pelswick and Blue Jay/Porcupine in Peep and the Big Wide World. He has also had several live action roles including Ford Bond in Cinderella Man, Bruce Moffat in The Newsroom, Douglas Hendrychuck in The Red Green Show, and "Warm-Up Guy" in Dead Husbands (in which Barbara Radecki, the voice of Serena's Mom, also appeared). He also wrote for and starred in the short film Seven Gates.
