David Fraser

David Fraser, born March 28, 1958, in Portage La Prairie, Manitoba, Canada, is a voice actor who played Raye's Grandfather, as well as other roles, in the English dub of the Sailor Moon anime. His other roles include Michelangelo in the live-action movie Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III and the King in Super WHY!.
