David Fraser, born March 28, 1958, in Portage la Prairie, Manitoba, Canada, is a voice actor who played Raye's grandfather, as well as other roles, in the original English dub of the Sailor Moon anime. His other roles include Michelangelo in the live-action movie Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III and the King in Super WHY!.
