Chise Niitsu

Chise Niitsu (新津ちせ), born May 23, 2010, was the the fifth actress to play Chibi Chibi/Sailor Chibi Chibi Moon and the eighteenth to play Chibiusa/Sailor Chibi Moon in the Sailor Moon musicals.
