Summary

Eternal Sailor Moon forms her new scepter in her hands- the Eternal Rod. The Soldiers begin their transformations and Tuxedo Mask reaches within himself and feels the power of his Golden Crystal. Everyone gives their power to Eternal Sailor Moon who attacks. As Zirconia and Queen Nehellenia dissolve away, Nehellenia reaches towards Darien, whom she wanted to have ruled the moon alongside herself. The mirror breaks.

The dark power of the Dead Moon fades away from the Earth and Elysion. Chibi Moon finds Helios in his human form, still looking lifeless. She longs for him to wake, kissing him as her Crystal glows. Helios does awaken, and as he brushes away her tears of joy, he notices her Crystal is reborn into her own power, the Pink Moon Crystal.

Helios returns with Chibi Moon to the others and places Darien's Crystal upon a staff to match the Silver Crystal in the staff of the Eternal Rod. He and Eternal Sailor Moon transform into the King and Queen. Saturn presents the Amazones gems to the Queen who releases the girls within as their true forms, the Sailor Quartetto- Soldiers who will awaken one day to serve Sailor Chibi Moon. The Quartetto returns to their slumber until the time for their true awakening and the others return to the surface of the Earth.
