Yuuta Mochizuki

Yuuta Mochizuki (望月祐多), real name Manabu Matsukawa (松川学), nicknamed "Mocchi" (もっちー), born March 14, 1967, in Kanagawa, Japan, was the second actor to play Mamoru Chiba/Tuxedo Mask in the Sailor Moon musicals, among other major roles. His first performance was as Kunzite, in Sailor Moon - Gaiden Dark Kingdom Fukkatsu Hen, and he first played Mamoru in its revision. His last show was Last Dracul Saishuu Shou - Chou Wakusei Death Vulcan no Fuuin in 2001. Yuuta was also the action coach for the musicals from 1998 to 2001.

Yuuta was the second longest running overall performer in the musicals, and the longest running Tuxedo Mask.

In 2018 he took part in the ANZA ∞ Akiko Kosaka ~Legend Forever~ concert, in which Anza Ohyama and Akiko Kosaka performed both their own songs and many Sera Myu numbers, joined by several actors from the Bandai musicals. He was also in the 2019 concert Akiko Kosaka 45th Anniversary Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Music History, which again reunited many actors from the Bandai musicals.

Yuuta is also known for acting in the film Kamen Rider J as Koji Segawa/Kamen Rider J and the TV series Kyouryuu Sentai Zyuranger (which was adapted in America as Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers) as Geki/TyrannoRanger.

He has retired from acting as of 2007.
