Vampir was the first Cardian released by Ail and An shortly after arriving on Earth. She attacked first Naru Osaka, then other people in the city.
She had a flower in place of her left hand, and could extend the two stamens on it to wrap them around her target and drain their energy this way. She could also cause fangs to grow on the flower to "eat" its target.
Vampir's attack on Usagi was the impetus which forced Luna to restore the girl's memory. After Usagi transformed into Sailor Moon once more, she used Moon Tiara Action to destroy the Cardian.
