Touhi-chan was a genius loci who appeared in the first Exam Battle side story. She had been in China for a thousand years, but in the story came to Tokyo and took over the Pri-Pri shop. Using the shop as a cover, she infused the food and drinks it sold with her power, which infused those who consumed them and allowed her to steal their energy.
Makoto was one of those caught in Touhi-chan's trap, but she managed to come to her senses and transform into Sailor Jupiter, and destroyed the evil spirit with Jupiter Coconut Cyclone.
