Toshio Furukawa (古川登志夫; real name "古川利夫"), born July 16, 1946, in Tochigi, Japan, is a voice actor who played Hawk's Eye in the SuperS season of the Sailor Moon anime. Some of his anime roles include Piccolo in Dragon Ball, Kai Shiden in Mobile Suit Gundam, and Ataru Moroboshi in Urusei Yatsura.
