Tomoe Hanba (半場友恵 ), born June 9, 1972, in Tokyo, Japan, is a voice actress who played Calaveras in Sailor Moon Crystal. Her other anime roles include Lucciola in Last Exile, Precis in Star Ocean EX, and Etna in Disgaea.
