I can only remember Cyprine/Ptilol & Nehellenia as having odango-like hair, and I'm not even sure about Nehellenia.

Your own odango hair

Does anyone know how to make the odango themselves (Themselves meaning specifically the spherical buns). I know how to get the pigtails to stay long while still appearing to be coming from the odango buns, but I cant get my buns to look neat and spherical.
