Stu J. Levy

Stu J. Levy, born August 24, 1967, in Los Angeles, California, is the founder of TokyoPop and played a major part in the original publication of the Sailor Moon manga in North America. He also wrote one of the Sailor Moon novels.

He is also known by the pen name DJ Milky, under which name he has produced written works published by TokyoPop.
