Steven Bednarski
Steven Bednarski, born 1973, in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, is a voice actor who played Chad, Andrew, and a range of other supporting and minor roles in the first English dub of the Sailor Moon anime. He also had the role of Roobear in the dub of the tv series Adventures of the Little Koala (originally Koala Boy Kokki in Japan).
