The Spiral Heart Moon Rod or Heart Moon Rod (ハート・ムーン・ロッド) was one of Sailor Moon's items. In the anime, it was a weapon born from the love of Usagi and Mamoru. In the manga and Sailor Moon Crystal, it was given to Sailor Moon by Neo-Queen Serenity. Sailor Moon used it to perform Moon Spiral Heart Attack and, after transforming into Super form with the Holy Grail, Rainbow Moon Heartache. In the SuperS season, it was upgraded to the Kaleidomoon Scope.

- In some of the musicals, the Silver Crystal was contained inside the Spiral Heart Moon Rod.
- In the German dub of episode 91, the Spiral Heart Moon Rod was called "der Legendäre Mondstab der Liebesmacht" (the Legendary Moon Rod of the Power of Love).
