Soiya was a Daimon created by the fusion of a Daimon Egg and a drum. She acted as a distraction while Eudial attacked Maya Tohno for her Pure Heart Crystal.
Soiya could release a barrage of fireworks by lighting the container on her back. She could also create duplicates of her drum and use them to trap her opponents, as she did to Sailor Moon and Sailor Mars. She would then "beat the drums" with spiked clubs.
Sailor Chibi Moon distracted Soiya with Pink Sugar Heart Attack long enough for Sailor Mars to free Sailor Moon, and Soiya was then destroyed by Sailor Moon with Moon Spiral Heart Attack.
