Silver Moon Crystal Eternal Power was Eternal Sailor Moon's last and most powerful attack used in the manga and Crystal. When she used this attack, the Sailor Crystals in the Galaxy Cauldron joined her in attacking Chaos and defeated it.
In the animated version of this attack, as Eternal Sailor Moon descended into the Cauldron with her Sailor Crystal held before her, her body glowed with glittering incandescent light as both the moon symbol on her forehead and her brooch shone gold, and her sailor fuku dissolved into multicolored ribbons that trailed from her brooch and flowed in her wake. As she called out the name of the attack, a multitude of Sailor Crystals appeared around her and her crescent moon symbol flashed with multiple colors, and a glowing pillar of light formed around her. As the multicolored light summoned by the combined powers of all the Sailor Crystals flashed and flowed into the form of Chaos, it exploded into a torrent of glittering gold that spread across the entire galaxy.
In the musical Shin Kaguya Shima Densetsu, Eternal Sailor Moon used this attack in conjunction with Starlight Honeymoon Double Therapy Kiss, with which she and Sailor Chibi Moon defeated Dark Plasman and Dark Mirror.
