Senshi

Senshi (戦士) is a Japanese word meaning "soldier" or "warrior." It is part of the term "Sailor Senshi," used by Sailor Moon's author Naoko Takeuchi to describe her heroines.

The term "Senshi" is used by many fans and sites as shorthand for any of the main characters who transform into sailor-suited heroines of justice.
