Sailor Planet Attack was a group attack performed by the Solar System Senshi. The attack was similar to Sailor Planet Power, though in this attack the energy generated was directed toward a specific target.
In the anime, all five of the Inner Senshi had to perform it together. In the manga, the attack was first used by the Guardian Senshi to kill Kunzite. In the live-action series, it was only performed by four Inner Senshi (as Sailor Mars was not present the one time it was used), and was used to destroy Queen Mio. The attack was also performed several times in the final battles of the musicals.
In the video game Sailor Moon: Another Story, Sailor Planet Attack appeared as one of the Formation Attacks. Unlike other attacks in this category, it was not bound to a specific formation, and could be selected by any character in the group; however, similar to the anime, it could only be performed by the five Inner Senshi.

- While the Sailor Senshi were being controlled by Sailor Galaxia in Act 58 of the manga and Sailor Moon Cosmos, they performed a version of this attack called Galactica Planet Attack.
