Otakurer was a genius loci who appeared in one of the "Chibiusa's Picture Diary" side stories. She inhabited a storehouse behind the Hammer Price Shrine and was released after land developers destroyed the building. Soon after being released, she possessed the body of Hotaru and vowed to seek revenge on those who disturbed her. After a brief interruption by Naruru Osaka, Ruruna Kobe, and Makoto Hanmatsuura, Sailor Moon and Sailor Chibi Moon destroyed the spirit with Double Starlight Honeymoon Therapy Kiss.
