Mitsuko Horie (堀江美都子), real name Mitsuko Asami (浅見美都子), nicknamed "Micchi" (ミッチ), born March 8, 1957, in Yamato, Kanagawa, Japan, is a voice actress who played Sailor Galaxia in the Stars season of the Sailor Moon anime. Her other anime roles include Obotchaman in Dr Slump, Judy in Watashi no Ashinaga Ojisan, and Lalabell in Mahou Shoujo Lalabell.

She started her career in the late 1960s at the age of twelve, and is often referred to as the "Queen of Anime Songs" (アニソンの女王) in the 70s and 80s. She also performed the theme songs for a number of TV dramas during the same period, and even played a role in a tokusatsu series. She is still active as a performer now, and has released special memorial albums and performed in concerts both in Japan and overseas. She has also served as a judge in the Animax Anison Grand Prix.

In 2014, she released a cover of "Sailor Star Song" on the album Sailor Moon the 20th Anniversary Memorial Tribute, and later performed the second version of "New Moon ni Koishite" which aired with the third season of Sailor Moon Crystal.
