Mercury Star Power, Make Up was the second transformation phrase that Ami Mizuno used to transform into Sailor Mercury.

Anime[edit]
This transformation was very similar to Ami's previous one with only minor changes, the main ones being the addition of the Mercury symbol that appeared behind her at the end of the transformation and bubbles that rushed past just before her sailor fuku was finally formed. In this transformation, Ami held up her hand as a stream of blue stars swirled around it, alighting on her fingernails and turning them light blue. Her Star Power Stick appeared, spinning, and as she took hold of it the Mercury symbol inside the star began to spin. She then swept the Stick over her head and around her body while a stream of blue water emitted from it, forming her leotard, gloves, and boots. A sparkling ripple expanded over her body, and a rush of bubbles formed the rest of her sailor fuku, and Sailor Mercury finished in her final pose.
Sailor Moon Crystal[edit]
In the Sailor Moon Crystal version of this transformation that first appeared in Act 15, Ami held up her Star Power Stick and turned her hand as golden stars streamed into the star on top of the Stick, making the star glow with blue light and the Mercury symbol appear inside. She let go of the Stick and stars flashed on her fingernails, turning them blue. White light radiated from the star on top of the Stick before Ami took hold of it again. She then swept her Stick in a circle in front of her body while a stream of sparkling water emitted from it. She swept the Stick over her head and in circles around herself as the water formed her boots. She then leaned her upper body back and spun on one foot, then stood upright again, water spiraling around her and forming her leotard and gloves. A ripple expanded over her body and formed the rest of her sailor fuku. She turned around while water droplets floated around her body, her planetary symbol glowing on her forehead before being hidden as her tiara appeared. Sailor Mercury then finished in her final pose.

- In the anime, this was Sailor Mercury's last transformation into her original sailor fuku.
