Mercury Planet Power, Make Up was a transformation phrase used by Ami Mizuno to transform into Sailor Mercury in the manga, musicals, and Crystal, and as such the third one used in the manga and Crystal.
In the animated version of this transformation, Ami held up her hand as a stream of blue stars swirled around it, alighting on her fingernails and turning them light blue. Her Star Power Stick appeared, spinning, and as she took hold of it the Mercury symbol inside the star began to spin. She then turned around and swept the Stick over her head and in circles in front of her body while a stream of blue water emitted from it. She swept the Stick over her head and in a circle around herself, as the water formed her boots. She then leaned her upper body back and spun on one foot, then stood upright again, water spiraling around her and raining down as it formed her leotard. A sparkling ripple expanded over her body, and a rush of bubbles formed the rest of her costume. Sailor Mercury appeared in full sailor fuku and turned around, her planetary symbol glowing on her forehead before being hidden as her tiara appeared. Sailor Mercury then finished in her final pose.
