Mami Koyama
Mami Koyama (小山茉美; formerly known as "小山まみ"), born January 17, 1955, in Nishio, Aichi, Japan, is a voice actress who played Esmeraude in the R season of the Sailor Moon anime, and Queen Serenity in Sailor Moon Crystal. Her other anime roles include Arale Norimaki in Dr Slump, Lunch in Dragon Ball, Minky Momo in Magical Princess Minky Momo, Talia Gladys in Gundam SEED Destiny, and Leda in Casshern SINS.
