Kaguya Shima Densetsu (Kaiteiban) Natsuyasumi! Houseki Tankentai was the kaiteiban of Kaguya Shima Densetsu. The storyline was very similar with only a few changes, such as added scenes that took place in Crystal Tokyo, and with them the first significant musical appearance of Neo-Queen Serenity. The new director Junya Saiki took over with this musical and stayed until the last musical in 2005.

This was the first musical for Yuuka Asami, and the final musical for Fumina Hara, Seiko Nakazawa, Hironari Amano, Miho Komiya, Nanami Ikeuchi, and Rika Kawai.

Notes[edit]

  • In the curtain call of the Senshuuraku performance, Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune briefly kissed, the only time that has happened on stage. Sailor Chibi Moon threw a flower to the audience, with Sailor Moon later throwing several. "Sailor War," including Sailor Chibi Moon, was added to the service numbers. Fumina Hara received flowers for her graduation as Sailor Moon. At the end was an impromptu rendition of "LINK," as the music was playing while the whole cast was on stage, and they ended up singing along.
