Jumeau was a Youma owned by Nephrite. Her essence was implanted into one of the French dolls made by Mika Kayama, and Nephrite commissioned Mika to make more dolls in order to raise her energy to its peak. Once it was, Jumeau was released and attacked Shingo.
When Jumeau attacked Shingo, she released a red force blast shaped like Nephrite's symbol from her right hand. Jumeau had the ability to control and manipulate the dolls made by Mika, making them fly and attack the Sailor Senshi. Her body was also made of knife-sharp doll parts that could be fired against her opponents, and she could regenerate whenever a part was damaged or lost, making her virtually invulnerable.
Sailor Moon, Sailor Mercury, and Sailor Mars arrived and fought against Jumeau, but the Youma possessed enough speed and strength to entrap the Sailor Senshi. Tuxedo Mask intervened to free Sailor Moon from the Youma's grip, giving her the chance to defeat it after Sailor Mercury determined that the Youma's weak point was her right foot.
Jumeau was also one of the monster types that appeared in the video game Sailor Moon: Another Story. Numerous Jumeaux could be fought in Azabu-Juuban during Chapter One of the game.
