Guardian Mercury was the Sailor Power Guardian of Sailor Mercury. She referred to herself as Sailor Mercury's other self.
Guardian Mercury gave Ami Mizuno the Mercury Crystal in Act 40 of the manga and the first part of Sailor Moon Eternal. She reappeared again in Act 48 and the second part of the movie, directing Princess Mercury to ask for power from Mariner Castle.
