Elephanko was a Lemures used by Hawk's Eye while targeting Princess Rubina for her Dream Mirror. Gum Mario was her brother-in-law, but she claimed to have disliked him, and even thanked Sailor Moon for getting rid of him - despite the fact that she, too, would join him when Sailor Moon killed her. She performed a circus trick that involved an elephant standing on top of her.
Elephanko attacked Sailor Moon and Sailor Chibi Moon, then tried to run over Princess Rubina, but she was stopped by Tuxedo Mask. While the Lemures was distracted, Sailor Moon destroyed her with Moon Gorgeous Meditation.
