Chinatsu Akiyama (秋山千夏), born July 13, 1982, was the second actress to play Mistress 9 and Kou Seiya/Sailor Star Fighter in the Sailor Moon musicals. Her first performance was in Mugen Gakuen - Mistress Labyrinth (Kaiteiban), and her last musical was Kakyuu-Ouhi Kourin - The Second Stage Final.
