Chibi Chibi Crystal Power, Make Up was the command that Chibi Chibi used in the manga and Sailor Moon Crystal to transform into Sailor Chibi Chibi Moon.
Her Senshi form was seen in the anime, and she seemed to be in mid-transformation when she appeared to Princess Kakyuu in episode 195, but she never had an actual transformation sequence with this command until Sailor Moon Cosmos.
In both animated versions of this transformation, Chibi Chibi held up her hand as a stream of white stars swirled around it, alighting on her fingernails and turning them light pink. Sailor Chibi Chibi Moon then appeared in full sailor fuku, hovering with her upper body and legs drawn together very closely and her arms drawn backwards. Multicolored crescent moons and stars flew off her body and she straightened it, then turned around and embraced herself, as light radiated from her forehead when her tiara appeared. Her odango covers and wings appeared, the latter of which she spread out, as she extended her arms and assumed her final pose. The main difference between the two sequences was the shape of Chibi Chibi Moon's wings that she spread out assuming her final pose: In the first version that was used when Princess Kakyuu realized that Chibi Chibi was also a Sailor Senshi, her wings were similar to Eternal Sailor Moon's in that they were rather simple, whereas in the second version that was used when Chibi Chibi transformed in Ichinohashi Park when the Sailor Starlights, Eternal Sailor Moon, Princess Kakyuu, and she resolved to visit Miranda Castle, Triton Castle, and Charon Castle, her wings were more detailed like the ones that the Starlights and Kakyuu used to travel through space. The first version also did not feature any background music, while the second used the music from Silver Moon Crystal Power, Make Up.
