30th Anniversary Musical Festival -Chronicle- was the 2022 musical, an anniversary celebration including songs from past musicals, with a particular focus on those from the previous musical, Kaguya-hime no Koibito. The event also featured former cast members performing on different days of the show.

Princess Snow Kaguya is back under the alias of Ms. Frozen, a famous producer who is holding an audition for her newest commercial. Usagi and her friends decide to take part in it but, unbeknownst to them, danger awaits.

- The guests on the first day were all part of the lineup of performers at the 2019 commemorative concert Akiko Kosaka 45th Anniversary Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Music History.
- Meiku Harukawa, the third Kou Seiya/Sailor Star Fighter, was originally scheduled to appear as a guest during the last performance, but her appearance had to be canceled due to her testing positive for COVID-19 a few days prior.
