Uranus Crystal Power, Make Up was a transformation phrase used by Super Sailor Uranus in the manga and Sailor Moon Crystal.
In the animated version of this transformation, the planetary symbol of Uranus appeared, then Haruka raised her right hand and shouted "Uranus Crystal Power, Make Up," as her nails were colored dark blue. She swept golden energy around herself and a glowing circle appeared at her feet; she then wrapped her arms around herself as a swirling column of golden energy rushed up around her and her leotard, collar, skirt, and back bow appeared, closely followed by her gloves and shoes. Super Sailor Uranus then appeared in full sailor fuku, her planetary symbol glowing on her forehead before being hidden as her tiara appeared. Her lip gloss appeared as a swirl of glitter brushed her lips, and she finished in her final pose.

- Although this transformation phrase was used only in Act 45 of the manga and in Sailor Moon Eternal, a similar transformation brought about by Hotaru's power happened in the fifth season of the anime.
- In the original theatrical version of Sailor Moon Eternal, the background of this transformation sequence showed the planet Jupiter instead, but this was fixed for the Netflix and DVD releases.
- Although Haruka never used this phrase in the manga to transform into her "Eternal" form like the Guardian Senshi did, the Japanese theater pamphlet for the second part of Sailor Moon Cosmos confirmed that she continued to use this phrase after her "Eternal" upgrade in Crystal.
