:::Okay, looking at this now, I don't think that needs to be a trivia note... Trivial as it is, that "Trivia" bit is too cute to be omitted from this article! Hence I've added it. ^^ 210 00:57, 11 September 2006 (MST)

Um...what's the "Japanese new year calendar catalog" and why does it matter? Kerochan no Miko 22:10, 7 November 2006 (MST)

More description about it in the Mew Azama page. It's a very large poster posted in bookstores throughout the country & overseas. Being listed reflects that the artist has reached a certain level of national fame (as opposed to local stars) in the past year. --210 22:57, 7 November 2006 (MST)
To revive a very old comment, I think we might need some more explanation of this in the article itself... I've poked around and haven't been able to find any mention of a "new year calendar catalog" anywhere but in this site, so I'm wondering if there's another term used for it in the English-speaking world? At the least, though, I think there should be some kind of link or explanation of just what that means. Kerochan no Miko 12:15, 14 August 2010 (MST)
That term is just invented by me. : P I dunno whether it has an official name in English, or a conventional English name already in use by others - I'll change it to either one if I come across w/ that. I'll see if I can find any links to info about it. --210 00:29, 15 August 2010 (MST)
If you could I'd appreciate it. If I'm confused by it I'm sure other people would be too. Kerochan no Miko 00:42, 15 August 2010 (MST)
Can't find any info ATM - probably because that poster catalog is far too big to be scanned by anyone, & it's just a not-for-sale promo item not significant enough for anyone to write a Wiki article about it. I hope I could come across w/ any formal English name &/or info of it. --210 01:10, 15 August 2010 (MST)

Good addition of the Babel bit! ^^ I've totally forgotten to do it myself. lol So she's become an international star like Minako (& Kikuchi Rinko) by appearing in an Oscar Best Film nominee. lol --210 04:28, 28 February 2007 (MST)

Er - don't most people go to the doctor for regular medical checkups...? Kerochan no Miko 05:47, 6 April 2007 (MST)

She goes to a hospital instead of a clinic, & sometimes even does IV for quick recovery. According to her, she has checkups & treatment when some problems occur, not for the regular stuff, & she also does so fairly often. --210 08:40, 6 April 2007 (MST)

Komatsu lived in S. America?[edit]

I've heard about this in various places, even in some Wiki sites, for some time. I'd not be particularly surprised if it was true since many Japanese have been living there for generations (& there was even one who became a President). But could anyone confirm it & pinpoint the source of origin? --210 22:15, 4 March 2007 (MST)

And she was unfamiliar w/ the popular Sailor Moon because she wasn't living in Japan at the time? --210 04:32, 23 July 2007 (MST)

I don't see why you'd have to be living in South America to not be familiar with Sailor Moon. Kerochan no Miko 04:34, 23 July 2007 (MST)
You don't have to be so - there could be all kinds of reasons. My question in my last comment was not meant to suggest a logical conclusion, basing on her unfamiliarity w/ the series, that she was so. It only suggests that, if she was so, that could be a possible explanation of why she was unfamiliar, & I was asking if anyone knows whether this is actually the case. --210 04:53, 23 July 2007 (MST)

Komatsu is a fluent English speaker?[edit]

Ayaka is fluent in English, and has an English-language song called "Cross my Heart".

Don't know about that. Where's your source, SailorSun? --210 17:16, 31 January 2008 (MST)

I don't know if she's fluent in English, but her pronounciation is excellent in the song. "Cross My Heart" is on her idol DVD "Moon Doll." Kerochan no Miko 17:23, 31 January 2008 (MST)
Haven't listened to that song nor watched that idol DVD. Since it seems to be based on that song, I'm rewriting that trivia note to reflect that. --210 17:36, 31 January 2008 (MST)
