Princess Lady Serenity was the future form of Chibiusa, who appeared in the manga and Sailor Moon Crystal. She only appeared as a vague image, never in person. She was the maiden who contacted Helios during the Dream arc of the manga and in Sailor Moon Eternal, and whom he had mistakenly thought was Princess Serenity.
In her future form, Chibiusa's physical appearance had matured into adolescence and her hair had grown out to resemble her mother's. In the "All-Characters" image in the artbook Original Picture Collection Volume IV, she appeared to have silver hair, though in the Original Picture Collection Volume V, she appeared with pink hair. When she appeared in Crystal, she had pink hair.

- Although Princess Lady Serenity never appeared in the anime, an older version of Chibiusa appeared in episode 158, when PallaPalla switched her age with Usagi's.
