Negaverse

The Negaverse was the term used in DiC's dub of the anime for the Dark Kingdom. The term was used to describe not only the origin of the villains of the first season, but the villains of the Makaiju arc as well.

• In Roland Parliament's book Sailor Moon Reflections: The Inside Story of the Original Recordings of the English Version of Sailor Moon, he stated that "Negaverse" was a portmanteau of the words "negative" and "universe."
