Moment Fatal was a song from the Sailor Moon musicals, which was the theme song for the musical Tanjou! Ankoku no Princess Black Lady. It was performed by all of the Sailor Senshi.

  • Unlike most of the other musical theme songs, it does not include a solo by the actress portraying Sailor Moon. This may be due to the fact that the song's first performance was in the debut musical for the then 12-year-old Marina Kuroki.
